Reducing stretch marks

Many of us have them, but many other people don't see them on us. Stretch marks can be body blemishes only we worry about, but we must remember they will fade in time. Below are some ways we can increase the rate at which these marks turn lighter...
Use intense moisturisers such as shea or cocoa butter.
Use some sunless tanning products to cover the marks.
Stretch and exercise everyday to increase blood flow to the area.
Massaging the area also increases the blood flow.
Stay hydrated.
Eat foods such as carrots, spinach, fresh fruits, eggs, meat and poultry.
