Everyday Spring Makeup

*staring out of the window at the instagram-worthy blossom trees*
I love Spring makeup, a fresh looking face with light shades. I have created a super easy, everyday spring makeup look that you could try over the next few months. I have been wearing this makeup for a few weeks now, and it looks beautiful and it is easy and quick to apply. I suppose I better get on with it!

-Prep-
After cleansing and exfoliating, I moisturised with the Clarins Daily Energizer Cream. I then prepped my skin with the Benefit POREfessional.

-Base-
I decided to opt for my Benefit Hello Flawless foundation for this spring look. This time next week I will be uploading a review on this foundation, so keep your eyes peeled for that! I also used the Max Factor Skin Luminizer foundation under my eyes. I haven't been suffering with them pesky eye bags recently, so I didn't need too much coverage, just a little brightening!

-Powders-
To keep my makeup light I used a translucent pressed powder by No7. This product has been well used, and I will be needing to purchase a new powder soon. Any suggestions in the comments below will be much appreciated! I then used two of my favourite Benefit powders, the Hoola bronzer and the Coralista blush. I lightly contoured with the bronzer and swept the blush across the apples of my cheeks - giving them a beautiful pink colour.

-Eyes and Brows-
I filled in my brows with the Paul & Joe eyebrow powder in the shade 01. I also used the wax from my Clarins eyebrow kit to make my brows look more natural.
On to the eyes and I used the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette, to start, in the shade W.O.S all across my eyelid and brow bone. Secondly, using my finger tips, I swept the Maybelline Color Tattoo in the colour Pink Gold all across my lids. I then took the darkest eyeshadow from my Bourjois Rose Twiste palette in my crease, and the outer corner of my eye, and blended. I then dabbed the shade Faint from my Naked palette in the outer corner of my eye and blended. I also added the shade Venus in my tearduct and brow bone to widen and brighten my eyes.
Being careful not to ruin the eyeshadow, I steadily use my Benefit They're Real push up liner along my top lash line, and create a slight cat eye. I finish my eyes off my the wonderful Roller Lash mascara by Benefit.

-Highlighting-
A spring look is beautiful when dewy and brightening, and this is why I used the Maybelline Baby Lips to highlight my face. I simply dabbed the stick on to my finger tips and applied to the highlighting areas on my face, such as the the tops of my cheeks. It gives such a gorgeous shine and glossy finish. A beautiful idea for this Spring!

-Lips-
I couldn't choose between two lip products for this look because I alternate between them. They are both lip glosses which give a gorgeous dewy shine to your lips. The first is my Mac lip gloss in the colour Ample Pink, and the second is my Chanel lip gloss in the number 191. Both lip glosses give a gorgeous finish to the look.

-Finishing Touch-
A quick spray of the Urban Decay all nighter setting spray keeps the makeup all in place throughout the day.

I hope you like this Spring look and maybe you try it out at home. If you don't have the products I used then I sure you could find some similar alternatives.
Thank you for reading!
