My Weekly Love | Arkay Soup Maker

I hope you have all had a lovely Good Friday!
A bit of a random weekly love this week, it is the Arkay 'Intelligent' Soup maker. This week I have been staying at my Dad's house, and my step mum recently invested in this soup maker after attending the Good Food Show. As I was over for the week we decided to make a few soups. It is super easy to use and to clean afterwards. I'd also like to point out it can also be used to make smoothies with the 'Blend' option. Below is a super healthy recipe for you to try, which I made with my little sister. Such a lovely warming recipe, perfect for an Easter lunch!


Honey, Carrot & Leek Soup

-Ingredients-
800g chopped carrots
2 sliced small leeks
2 tbsp clear honey
2.5 litres vegetable stock
1 bay leaf
Seasoning

-Method-
Place all the ingredients above into the soupmaker.
Select the 'Smooth' option.
Wait around 25 minutes till your soup is piping hot.
Serve with sour cream and bread if desired.

It's that easy!
