Natural Peanut Butter Energy Balls

For all those times when you need an energy boost but you don't want to eat unhealthy chocolate or sweets, these energy balls are the perfect snack and satisfy your sweet tooth!

I stumbled across these gems on Pinterest and I couldn't wait to try them. All you need is 5 ingredients to make them, and it is a super fast and easy recipes to do! I would totally recommend these energy bites maybe before workouts, exams, work or whenever you need a little boost of energy!

So let's get on with the recipe...


130g Dates (If the dates are dry please soak them in warm water beforehand)
3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
30g Dark Chocolate
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
85g Rolled Oats


1. Blend the dates in a food processor.
2. Add the oats, chocolate, chia seeds ad peanut butter and continue to blend until it is all combined together.
3. Roll your mixture into small balls using your hands.
4. Pop them into the fridge until they are firm and then they are ready to eat and enjoy!
5. They will last for about a week in an air-tight container.
