10 Mini Weekly Goals You Should Start Now

Everyone wants to lead a happy and healthy life right? Sometimes it just takes a few mini weekly goals to improve your overall health and wellbeing. I decided to create a list of a few little goals that I'm planning to achieve week by week, and I think everyone should try and do them too!


Drink More Water

Yes yes I know we get told about this all the time but drinking plenty of water is so important for our health. I am going to try and keep a bottle of water with me all the time, whenever I'm at Sixth Form, work or at home, because if I have a bottle of water right next to me at all times then I will be more likely to drink more.

Walk More

Exercise is so important in order to stay healthy, and by walking just a little bit more each week can really make a difference. Perhaps take the stairs at work instead of the lift, or get off the bus or tube stop further away than normal so you have a little walk? Moving more always improves your health and happiness levels.

Give Out More Compliments

Everyone loves a compliment and sometimes one positive comment can really make someone's day. Just a few compliments like 'Have you had a hair cut? It looks amazing!, Oo is that a new t-shirt? I really like it! or I love your pet goldfish - whatever you like! It is totally free and takes only a few seconds of out of your day to do!

Come Out of Your Comfort Zone

There is a quote that says that 'Life Begins Outside of Your Comfort Zone'. One goal that everyone should strive for is to break down any barriers or worries that you might have that are stopping you from doing exciting and new things.


Treat Your Skin

I am becoming very lazy with my skincare routine so I am making it my goal to treat my skin more. Once a week I am going to use a face mask, and I'm aiming to moisturise my skin daily too!

Sleep More

Note to self: Stop endlessly scrolling through social media in bed and actually go to sleep!

Be More Organised

Friends of mine know I can sometimes (ok... most of the time) struggle with keeping organised. I am making it my goal to keep things neat and tidy because it will make my life a lot less stressful!


Explore and Discover More

There are so many new places to discover especially as I live in one of the most amazing cities in the world so I want to go out and explore more. Perhaps you could even take up a new hobby or try a new experience?

Save Money

My bank account knows the struggle...

Snack On Healthier Food

I love to snack, especially as it is revision period for me at the moment so I get bored easily and find myself snacking on loads of different things all the time! I am making it my aim to snack on healthier foods such as fruit and veg. I might even create a little blog post in the coming weeks on my top 5 healthy snacks, so stay tuned!

I hope you take on these weekly goals with me! We can do this.
